What is the Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction (LoA) is a ‘Universal Law’ that works perfectly every time, regardless of personal beliefs or any awareness of its presence. There is no need to ‘activate’ it or to ‘use’ it as it is ‘switched’ on all the time. Only since recently it is possible to explain it by Quantum Physics.

It is often explained by ‘like attracts like’ which is only partly true because it is not just the thought of something bad that will attract something bad – it is the vibrational match for the emotion (triggered by the thought) that creates our reality. As we are holding a negative thought, that thought is creating an emotion which resonates with a certain frequency that is subsequently attracted into our life – creating more negativity.

Simply said, what we focus on expands – the words we speak and the thoughts we think create our reality. Whether we remember something from the past or observe something in the present or are concerned about the future, the thought we focus on activates a vibration within us and the Law of Attraction is responding accordingly.

Am I (emotionally/subconsciously) expecting trouble or peace?

If we get up in the morning too late, miss our train, are late for work…our bad mood (vibration) often attracts more and more unpleasant experiences throughout the day – until, in the evening, we collapse on the sofa and sigh ‘I knew this would be a bad day’! 

Am I (emotionally/subconsciously) anticipating success or failure?

If we speak constantly about illness or are worried about money we are emitting negative thoughts and feelings which are just Energy – consequently, these vibrations will attract more of the same into our life.

Wherever our attention goes, Energy flows and more of the same is drawn into our reality – whether it is wanted or not, whether we are conscious of it or not.

An awareness of the Law of Attraction and an understanding of how it works is essential to living a life on purpose.
In order to create a joyful and healthy life it is essential to watch our thoughts and corresponding feelings which subsequently create our reality.

Am I (emotionally/subconsciously) focusing on what’s right or what’s wrong?
